By accessing or using the SignCode web application and website (the "Service"), operated by Sign Stack ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SignCode is a web-based signage planning tool that enables wayfinding consultants and design firms to define sign taxonomy, place sign codes on architectural floor plans, and generate sign schedules and BOQ documents.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Sign Stack and protected by intellectual property laws. Your project data (sign codes, floor plans, schedules) remains your property. We claim no ownership over content you create using the Service.
Paid subscription plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We strive to maintain high uptime, but the Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sign Stack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your project data before account deletion by contacting hello@sign-stack.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels.
